Being out in nature and interacting with horses has been proved to provide many health benefits. It can encourage companionship, comfort and a strong sense of wellbeing. Working with a trained therapist there is opportunity for development and grown and to establish new skills to work through these problems.
Lucy has many years of experience working with a range of mental illnesses. She has experience in the journey that working with horses can provide. Horses can help you find parts of yourself you may be unaware of and interactions with them can help you regulate your emotions and therefore behaviors.
