No Reins is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of all our children and young people. It is our aim to provide a caring learning environment where young people feel safe and supported and are able to achieve their full potential. We are fully committed to ensuring that consistent effective safeguarding procedures are in place to support young people and their families.
We take our responsibilities in relation to safeguarding and child protection very seriously. All staff are DBS checked and trained in safe guarding. Where it is needed to share information about a child, we will ensure that our concerns are communicated with the appropriate referring body. If a member of staff is concerned about a child’s welfare, then immediate action will be taken.
Covid Policy
Equine assisted therapy is all held outside and therefore supports the 2m social distancing guide.
Regular hand washing will take place throughout the day and antibacterial gel will be used between tasks when hand washing is not possible. Hand gel is available onsite.
Staff will wear masks and is requesting that all those who visit to wear masks idf they can. If we are working with a person who may find the mask a hindrance then we request to be informed prior to the appointment to ensure we can remove masks.
